Sri Sankata Nashana Ganesha Stotram– Shri Ganesh Stotram or Sankata Nashanam Ganapati Stotram is one of the most effective prayer to Lord Ganesha. Ganesha Stotram is taken from the Narada Purana.
It eliminates all sorts of problems. Chanting Sankata Nashanam Ganapati Stotram daily frees a person from all kinds of impediments and destroys all sorrows. Sankat in hindi means problem and Nashanam means to remove forever.
So , by chanting this Stotram one can remove their problems forever. In Sankata Nashanam Ganapati Stotram, Sage Narada explains the magnificence of Lord Ganesh. Sage Narada says that every person should bow his head and worship Lord Ganesha and ask for longevity and elimination of all problems.
Lord Ganesha’s different names should be called out including Vakratund, Ekdant, Krishna Pingaksh, Gajvakra, Lambodar, Chata Vikat, Vighna Rajendra, Dhumravarna, Bhalchandra, Vinayak, Ganpati etc.
These twelve names should be worshipped in all three time periods of the day. This frees a person from any sort of fear. Lord Ganesha’s worship fulfills all desires. A person looking for money becomes rich, a person looking for knowledge acquires it and a person looking for salvation attains it. It is believed that this stotram starts providing results within six months. In one year, a person will surely receives auspicious results.

The learned one, who wishes, For more life, wealth and love,
Should salute with his head to, Lord Ganapathi who is the son of Goddess Parvathi
Prathamam Vakratundam cha, Ekadantam dwitiyakam.
Tritiyam Krushna Pingaksham,Gajavaktram Chaturthakam ||2||
Meaning:
Think him first as god with broken tusk, Second as the Lord with one tusk, Third as the one with reddish black eyes, Fourth as the one who has the face of an elephant.
Lambodaram Panchamam cha ,Sashtam Vikatamev cha.
Saptamam Vignarajam cha,Dhoomravarnam tathashtamam ||3||
Meaning:
Fifth as the one who has a very broad paunch, Sixth as the one who is cruel to his enemies,Seventh as the one who is remover of obstacles, Eighth as the one who is of the colour of smoke.
Navamam Bhalchandram cha, Dashamam tu Vinayakam.
Ekadasham Ganapatim, Dwadasham tu Gajananam ||4||
Meaning:
Ninth as the one who crescent in his forehead, Tenth as the one who is the leader of remover of obstacles, Eleventh as the leader of the army of Lord Shiva, And twelfth as the one who has the face of an elephant
Dwadasaithani namani,Trisandhyam yah pathenara.
Na cha vighna bhayam tasya,Sarvsiddhi karam param ||5||
Meaning:
Any one reading these twelve names, At dawn, noon and dusk, Will never have fear of defeat, And would always achieve whatever he wants.
Vidhyarthi labhate Vidhyam,Danarthi labhate Dhanam.
Putrarthi labhate Putran,Moksharthi labhate Gateem ||6||
Meaning:
One who pursues education will get knowledge, One who wants to earn money will get money, One who wishes for a son, will get a son, And one who wants salvation will get salvation
Ashtabhyo Brahmoyashr Likihitwa yh samarpayet.
Tasya Vidhya bhavetsarva Ganeshasya Prasadatah ||8||
Meaning:
One who gives this prayer, In writing to Eight wise people,And offers it to Lord Ganesha,
Will become knowledgeable,And would be blessed with all stellar qualities, By the grace of Lord Ganesha .

प्रणम्य शिरसा देवं गौरीपुत्रं विनायकम् ।
भक्तावासं स्मरेन्नित्यमायुः कामार्थसिद्धये ।।1।।
प्रथमं वक्रतुडं च एकदन्तं द्वितीयकम् ।
तृतीयं कृष्णपिंगाक्षं गजवक्त्रं चतुर्थकम् ।।2।।
लम्बोदरं पंचमं च षष्ठ विकटमेव च ।
सप्तमं विघ्नराजेन्द्रं धूम्रवर्णं तथाष्टमम् ।।3।।
नवमं भालचन्द्रं च दशमं तु विनायकम् ।
एकादशं गणपतिं द्वादशं तु गजाननम् ।।4।।
द्वादशैतानि नामानि त्रिसन्ध्यं यः पठेन्नरः ।
न च विध्नभयं तस्य सर्वसिद्धिकरं परम् ।।5।।
विद्यार्थी लभते विद्यां धनार्थी लभते धनम् ।
पुत्रार्थी लभते पुत्रान्मोक्षार्थी लभते गतिम् ।।6।।
जपेग्दणपतिस्तोत्रं षड् भिर्मासैः फ़लं लभेत् ।
संवत्सरेण सिद्धिं च लभते नात्र संशयः ।।7।।
अष्टभ्यो ब्राह्मणेभ्यश्च लिखित्वा यः समर्पयेत् ।

సంకటనాశన గణేశస్తోత్రమ్
దైనందిన జీవితంలో ఎటువంటి ఇబ్బందులు కష్టాలు, ఆటంకాలు కలుగ కుండా సాఫీగా గడిచిపోవాలంటే ప్రతి రోజు ఉదయమే స్నానం చేసి సంకటనాశన గణేశ స్తోత్రమ్ చదువుకోవాలని పండితులు సెలవిస్తున్నారు.
నారదౌవాచ :
ప్రణమ్య శిరసా దేవం , గౌరీపుత్రం వినాయకమ్,
భక్తావాసం స్మరేన్నిత్యం, ఆయుఃకామార్థసిద్ధయే.
ప్రథమం వక్రతుండం చ, ఏకదంతం ద్వితీయకమ్,
తృతీయం కృష్ణపింగాక్షం, గజవక్త్రం చతుర్థకమ్.
లంబోదరం పంచమం చ, షష్ఠం వికటమేవ చ,
సప్తమం విఘ్నరాజం చ, ధూమ్రవర్ణం తథాష్టమమ్.
నవమం ఫాలచంద్రం చ, దశమం తు వినాయకమ్,
ఏకాదశం గణపతిం, ద్వాదశం తు గజాననమ్.
ద్వాదశ ఈతాని నామాని, త్రిసంధ్యం యః పఠేన్నరః,
న చ విఘ్నభయం తస్య, సర్వసిద్ధికారకం ప్రభో !
విద్యార్థీ లభతే విద్యాం, దనార్థీ లభతే ధనమ్,
పుత్రార్థీ లభతే పుత్రాన్, మోక్షార్థీ లభతే గతిమ్.
జపేత్ గణపతిస్తోత్రం, షడ్భిర్మాసైః ఫలం లభేత్,
సంవత్సరేణ సిద్ధిం చ, లభతే నాత్ర సంశయః.
అష్టభ్యో బ్రాహ్మణేభ్యశ్చ, లిఖిత్వా యః సమర్పయేత్,
తస్య విద్యా భవేత్ సర్వా, గణేశస్య ప్రసాదతః
