In Vedic literature Saraswati is considered as the Goddess of Speech/communication. So the mantras  going to explain below are also devoted to Goddess Saraswati. If both the below mentioned mantras are recited everyday (108 times each) with devotion and faith, there will be a definite benefit.

This remedy is for a very common problem and that is speech delay/speech defects. Many children do not start speaking even when they are more than 4-5 years.

Some people think that they are not impressive when they are talking to someone or in front of a group.These Mantras will help for them.

Powerful Hayagriva mantra for education and competitive exams and for child’s speaking problems

ज्ञानानन्दमयं देवं निर्मल स्फटिकाकृतिम्
आधारं सर्व विद्द्यानां हयग्रीवं उपास्महे

Jnananandamayam devam nirmala sphatikakrutim,
aadharam sarvavidyaanaam Hayagreevamupasmahe.

Meaning: I worship Lord Hayagreeva, who is the very form of knowledge, pure as a crystal, and who is the support of all knowledge. Gnanananda mayam devam sloka is for Lord Hayagreeva. One who chants this sloka will attain true knowledge of Education, will attain good concentration in Studies, fluency in speech, master in debates, vocabulary and will have very good memory power. Hayagreeva (Hayavadhana or Hayagriva), the lesser known Vishnu Avatar, The Horse Faced God. He is the ocean of knowledge, Wisdom, where Brahma & Goddess Saraswathi risides. He is the Four form of Veda, viz. Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharva Vedas. He is worshiped as the God of knowledge and wisdom. He is the one who taught knowledge to Goddess Saraswati. With a human body and a horse’s head, brilliant white in color, with white garments and seated on a white lotus. Hayagriva is celebrated in the Puranas for rescuing the Vedas from the demons Madhu and Kaitabha and teaching them again to Brahma. He protects all creatures. Without his grace, we cannot obtain good knowledge.Om, Let us meditate on the glorious Lord Hayagriva ,Who is the embodiment of Sri Maha Vishnu. May that great Vagishwara, the Lord of Speech, inspire and illumine our mind and understanding.

Best time to chant this Mantra for Child to speak:

Best time to chant this mantra is at Brahma Muhurta, Ekadasis,Navami thithis, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Direction:

Chant this mantra facing east direction.

Japamala:

One can use clear quartz crystal rosary beads -Japa mala.

How Many times we should chant?

Chant this mantra for 9,11,108 or 1008 times.

When should Chant mantras:

Early morning is preferred time to recite these mantras but if for some reason you can not recite it during morning, you can recite it later during the day.

Where we should Chant Mantras:

Try to wear white color dress and Sit on the floor on a Darbhasana or use White color blanket or bed sheet facing east direction in front of the photo of goddess sarawathi or idol and start reciting the mantras. If you are reciting it for someone like your child or someone else, then generate this thought in your mind (Sankalpa) that you are reciting this mantra for (name of the person) who is your (name of relation). You are reciting the mantra for his/her benefit and the whole benefit of this recitation should go to him/her. If you are doing the recitation for anyone else then you will have to generate this thought daily every time you sit for the recitation.

(white color because this colour signifies purity, peace and simplicity. Since Goddess Saraswati is believed to be the one who blesses her devotees with knowledge and wisdom, that can be attained only if one chooses to have a pure and peaceful mind. Therefore, she is shown wearing white clothes while sitting on a white lotus.)

Offerings Flowers For goddess:

Yellow And White Flowers. It is believed that Goddess Saraswati is fond of yellow flowers and therefore, including yellow flowers during the Puja will prove to be beneficial for you.

Offerings Prasad(food) For goddess:

Boondi ka prasad is prepared from gram flour and is yellow in colour. According to Hindu Mythology, Goddess Saraswati is fond of Boondi ka prasad. Moreover, due to its yellow colour, Boondi is said to be associated with Jupiter. Those who want to please Brihaspati (Jupiter) and seek blessings from Goddess Saraswati, they must offer Boondi ka prasad. Also, you can distribute this offering among poor and needy people.

Use Sandalwood And Saffron: 

Sandalwood and saffron signify purity and also have some medicinal properties. These are said to be associated with Brihaspati (Jupiter), the planet that blesses people with intelligence and knowledge. It is in returned ruled by Goddess Saraswati. Also, devotees believe that preparing a Tilak with sandalwood, saffron and Ganga Jal and applying it on the Goddess can bring good luck. Also, this will reduce the negative effects of Jupiter in your horoscope.
